I sustained damage to my roof following hurricane Irma. After a patch job in 2018 and a water leak in the master bathroom in June 2019, an insurance claim to replace the roof and fix the water damage was placed. After numerous inspections, everything was denied. I was a wreck. My first conversation in October 2019 with Kim Adams was informative and very calming. I knew she was the right person to represent us. While the case was progressing, mold was discovered in February 2020. After waiting two more weeks for another inspection by the insurance company, (in the middle of the pandemic), I was then able to get the master bath demolished to the studs, get the mold removed but all 4 water pipes were broken (yes- water everywhere). Another new discovery was egg shell thin water pipes throughout the house resulting in a total re-piping of the house. So much for social distancing during the pandemic. What a saga!!! It took about nine months to get a settlement of $130,000 from the insurance company. I am hopeful to get the roof and master bath completed by the end of August 2020. I can not thank Kim Adam enough for all of her knowledge, expertise and help.
On June of 2018, my home was struck by a furniture company truck, causing structural damage to my home. After getting the runaround & low ball offers from the insurance company, I was introduced to Kim Adams, a “foot to the pavement” attorney. After meeting with her in August, she reassured me that I had a winner. She contains a wealth of knowledge, she’s assertive and maintains a line of communication with her clients. With her on my side, I settled for far more than what the insurance company had intended on paying. In other words, Kim Adams is the female Johnny Cochran and the attorney that you will need to represent you.
Severe damage from hurricane Irma, insurance company made a lowball offer of less then $40k. Kim Adams stepped in and did an amazing job at securing us over $100k — enough to get our home repaired the way it should be.
